Flowerdown Retail Park

Constructed on a flat and low level site near the coast provided many challenges.

The design incorporates rainscreen cladding punctuated with exposed structural members to create strong horizontal and vertical lines, a generous portico canopy, and fully glazed entrance lobbies giving each unit presence in the terrace.
