Bell Green Retail Park
A major redevelopment of the site of the former South Metropolitan Gas Works on Perry Hill, Sydenham. Comprising 16,500sq.m GIA retail use and associated car parking, servicing, and landscaping. Additionally, a drive-thru restaurant was incorporated into the front of the site.
Due to the size of the building and existing ground conditions this proved to be a complex build. We delivered a scheme that compliments adjacent land uses and which has brought a previously dormant site into vibrant use.
