As part of the wider mixed commercial scheme at Reading Gateway the retail portion consisted of four large retail units totalling 55,000 sq ft GIA.
The first of the units was let to Toys R Us with Wren Kitchens following on in the second phase of the build.
The units achieve clean lines and have bold contrasting cladding framing to large shopfronts providing Tenants with active frontages to the A33. Feature sign frames further provide end users with maximum visibility from the highways surrounding the development.
