Meole Brace Retail Park

Saunders have undertaken design work on several areas across the Meole Brace site including re-facing and extending Unit 1 to accommodate Next, shell works to Unit 8 for a new TKMaxx, new-build 'pod' units for Costa and Carphone Warehouse, and new-build

Unit 9 for M&S Food Hall.

 

All the units presented their own design and technical challenges which we overcame with meticulous attention to detail and through establishing good working relationships with the design team and the contractors.

 

We continue to work closely with the client's agent to further develop the site.
