Mallard Road Retail Park
The Mallard Road scheme is an extensive development of A1 retail units including the retention of the Grade II Listed former bus garage. The garage is significant in that it is recognised as one of the earliest and best surviving examples of curved concrete roof of this span.
The art deco styling to the exterior informed the aesthetic of the new retail units adjacent including the rhythm of the fenestration.

We've completed further works at Mallard Road over several occasions, most recently incorporating a standalone Costa pod in the car park, which can be viewed here, and securing planning consent and detailing the works to accommodate new Tenants in a number of units.
