Braywick Road Offices

The office development at Braywick Road, south of Maidenhead town centre provided 40,000 sq.ft of floor space over four levels on two wings situated around a central lobby. The limited area of the site presented the opportunity to incorporate undercroft car parking to augment the limited surface parking.

The floorplate is flooded with natural daylight by tall windows to each floor, the stepped floor plan and louvres providing the optimum level of daylight control.

The south-west corner is crowned with a dome feature, a nod to the Jubilee Clock Tower beyond the railway to the north.
