Longwell Green

Currently on site, with completion programmed for June 2020, we have carried out services from initial design, through planning approval and construction for alterations and refurbishment of a former Homebase store at Longwell Green, Bristol to form two standalone shell units for Lidl  and Smyths Toys.

We have applied our technical expertise to design a solution for the adaptation of the structure which supported the existing roll-over metal cladding to receive new flat panel cladding at high level and a render finish to low level areas, to create the external appearance distinctive to Lidl stores.
