Lichfield Retail Park

A new retail park for Lichfield on a brownfield site close to the Trent valley mainline railway comprising five units now home to a range of retailers including Halfords, Pets At Home and Wickes.

The large differences in site levels from the main road on Eastern Avenue down to Vulcan Road at the opposite end of the site required retaining structures to be integrated into the foundation design and clever modulation of the cladding panels to achieve clean lines all round.

The cladding is punctuated with terracotta rainscreen tiles - the first time we had specified Kingspan's Benchmark system on a development.
