Costa Coffee

Our experience in delivering shell units for Costa Coffee in both their ‘Drive-Thru’ and ‘Drive-To’ formats has grown in recent years. We have now completed a number of Drive-Thru and Drive-To units and progressed further units to planning stage for several Clients, on widely differing sites, with unique challenges to each build, including locations in Bournemouth, Burton-upon-Trent, Kingswinford, Oxford, Peterborough, Reading, Shrewsbury, Weston-Super-Mare, and Wisbech.

While the general form of each unit is largely the same, the build method has had to respond to very site and project specific drivers, in time, cost and sustainability criteria; we have completed units a ‘traditional’ steel frame and masonry walls, and as light-gauge steel frame with cladding panels and applied render, timber, and ceramic tile to high standard of finish.
