Designed to have a presence on the busy A1134 Newmarket Road to the East of Cambridge city centre, and located close to extensive retail park offerings.

 

The graceful curved roof, visible structure, feature entrance canopy and light cladding provide a contemporary look. High level shopfront glazing and rooflights flood the space with natural light to provide the end user with a bright and spacious interior.

Levels were a challenge across the site which were over come by incorporating a lower level service yard with dock leveller access to the back of house to best suit the end user requirements in loading large furniture items.
